Upon confirmation of your order to us, we provide you a confirmation information. In some cases when buying back large dollar amounts, a 10-15% transaction fee may be required at the time of booking. This fee will be returned, with payment when the transaction is completed. The customer is responsible for covering any market losses should the order be cancelled when the market price drops. We ship your order the following business day after receiving your payment. Upon request, we will send the order information overnight to you for a $ 35 fee, deducted from your payment.
